Experience
I have been practicing clinically since 2013. I have worked with UCSF’s Infant-Parent Program where I provided child-centered play therapy, group child therapy, therapeutic shadowing, child-parent psychotherapy, and school consultation. I have also worked with non-for-profit organizations where I provided home based therapy, adult therapy, crisis intervention, and therapeutic services for incarcerated youth.
I am currently completing training with the Internal Family Systems (IFS) Institute.
My Practice
I work from the lens that change happens through the relationship, and most importantly, the relationship with oneself. My training has best prepared me to work with those who have experienced trauma; however, I welcome all people who are seeking a change in their life.
